This network is an informal network for maritime related people in Denmark representing all parts of "The Blue Denmark" who meets for both social and professional events. The MARsters network is an open network whether your new to the maritime industry or have a lot of experience working within it, whether you're a seadog or a landlubber! As long as your job is relevant to the maritime industry.
The frontman of the MARsters network states:
"When we meet in Marsters we focus on the personal network. This means a casual tone and a different conversation with colleagues from other parts of the Blue Denmark, with other perspectives from industry. This is also reflected in our events where we have the freedom to meet for maritime experiences and on issues outside our normal areas to be inspired both personally and professionally."
"The average age of Marsters is somewhat lower than the industry standard. This means that new and younger people to the maritime industry can establish a confidential and informal network whicht they can, and dare, to use in the future."
"The strength lies in the fact that membership is personal and is spreading across the industry. In this way, we will make contacts widely in the industry in comparison to other maritime networks which often create more specific business groups."
