The following deals with processing and handling of information in connection with a person's completion of the membership form
When a person completes the membership form, the information entered is securely sent over the Internet to our CRM system. We note that the only personal information that is mandatory to complete is:

Who has access to this information?
MDC staff handling your information in providing the agreed service to you. MDC is subject to the Data Protection Act, including confidentiality, and handles personal data accordingly. The MDC staff also receives instruction in compliance with the data protection rules.

Once a company/persons profile has been produced, it is only the profile recipient himself and MDC staff who have access to the profile. An MDC employee can share information from the company/person profile with the rest of the members as part of the agreed promotion of the profile, but ultimately it is always the company's/person's own choice.
